Coconut Butter. Nope not using this for my hair or skin, at least not on the outside. Health starts within. Teaspoon in my smoothies occasionally. I’ve tried olive oil but it reminded me of drinking castor oil :’( no bueno. I’ve noticed more naturals, especially new naturals at work. I’m a little shocked, in a happy way. #middleschool That takes COURAGE. I’m proud of them. Pretty ballsy for a 13/14 yr old with self esteem issues to chop all her hair off. When I pass one I haven’t spoken to before I make sure to compliment her or ask a question and smile.
